People buy a house by checking it from every corner. Home inspection plays a vital role in identifying problems. Everyone wants to buy a perfect home for themselves. Buying a home is not an easy task as it in walls a lot of paperwork and approvals. While home inspection, if the new owner finds any problem, they get it solved from the seller. A home inspection is a plus point for the buyer as they can identify the property's defects. Majority of the seller not willing to negotiate after inspection because the seller solves all the shortcomings in advance. Sometimes buyers cut the price of the house, which is not acceptable. So, in this case, the seller gets to know about their customers when they bargain. It's better to cancel the deal rather than selling the house at lower prices. Sometimes the seller asked for more money in advance because they know that every customer will do bargaining. When the customer crosses the boundary of negotiation, then the seller cancels the agreement. Trade after getting all the repairs done from the seller is not acceptable by the seller—the chance of bargaining increases when the house asks for repairs and maintenance. If the buyer accepts the house without getting repaired, the seller reduces the house's actual cost.

When the person checks the house, then they get to know the defects. It is a plus point for the seller that they get to know what repairs are required. Mostly sellers negotiate the money when they upfront with errors in the house. It helps in saving their time and efforts in repairing the home. The buyer has to repair the defects according to me their choice.

When the inspection is done, the seller feels relaxed as no longer they will listen to buyers' complain. All the doubts are evident when the buyer checks the house thoroughly. The buyer feels more comfortable when they check the home and finalize the deal immediately. Nobody wants to buy a house without inspection as they think that the house may have several issues.

Therefore, home inspection plays a crucial role. Bargaining is human nature, and everyone negotiates at the time of payment. If the seller repairs all the defects that arise during the home inspection, they don't bargain.
