What will be the Cricket Schedule in 2021?

The year 2021 is an important time for all the ICC cricket teams. It is because this year is going to feature many important series of cricket. And most importantly, 2021 will be a busy schedule. However, it is even possible that ICC will take no rest this year. Now, cricket lovers would like to know the upcoming cricket schedule as they need to prepare themselves for it. For example, in South Asian countries, cricket is like a religion as there are billions of cricket fans. So, in that regard, we have come up with the cricket schedule for 2021.

Nov 2020 to Jan 2021

Right at the end of the year 2020, the schedule starts. In these two months, ICC has scheduled that the national team of India will take a tour of Australia. Both the national teams will play 4 test matches, 3 ODIs, and three T20s.

In the meantime, Big Bash League will also be played in Australia. But the difference is that it will continue until February. Additionally, there will be a total of 61 matches to be played.

On the other side, Pakistan will also visit Newzealand to play two tests and 3 T20s. 

Lastly, in this short period, ICC also scheduled Srilanka to take a South Africa tour and play 2 test matches.

January to February

In this short time, there will be an England tour to Srilanka to play two tests. Moreover, there will also be an Ireland tour of Afghanistan to play 3 ODIs. Similarly, South Africa will also visit Pakistan for two tests and 3 T20s.

February to March

In this month, England will take a flight to India for 4 Tests, 5 T20s, and 3 ODIs. In comparison, New Zealand will host Australia for 5 T20s.

March

After these, in March, Bangladesh will visit New Zealand and play 3 ODIs and 3 T20 matches.

June

From June, the very favorite, Asia Cup 2021, will start, and there will be 12 ODIs and one final.

July

Int hs month, Srilanka will visit England for 3 ODIs. After that, Pakistan will stay there for 3 ODIs and 3 T20s. 

Aug to Sep

In England, 5 test matches will be held between India and England.

October

This month, there will be an England tour of Pakistan for two T20s. 

Lastly, afterward, the T20 World cup 2021 will continue with 45 matches, including the final.
